Enforcement. By its acceptance of the benefits of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each Lender agrees that # subject to Section 11.2, the Loan Documents may be enforced only by the Administrative Agent, acting upon the instructions or with the consent of Requisite [[Organization A:Organization]] as provided in this Agreement and # no Lender shall have any right individually to enforce or seek to enforce this Agreement or the other Loan Documents or to realize upon any collateral or other security given to secure the payment and performance of the Obligations.

Enforcement. Enforcement. By its acceptanceNotwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in any other Loan Document, the authority to enforce rights and remedies hereunder and under the other Loan Documents against the Borrower shall be vested exclusively in, and all actions and proceedings at law in connection with such enforcement shall be instituted and maintained exclusively by, the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the benefits of this Agreement[[Organization A:Organization]]; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not prohibit # the Administrative Agent from exercising on its own behalf the rights and remedies that inure to its benefit (solely in its capacity as Administrative Agent) hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, each# any Lender agrees thatfrom exercising setoff rights in accordance with Section 9.2 (subject to the terms of Section 2.11), or # subjectany Lender from filing proofs of claim or appearing and filing pleadings on its own behalf during the pendency of a proceeding relative to Section 11.2, the Loan Documents may be enforced only by the Administrative Agent, acting upon the instructions or with the consent of Requisite [[Organization A:Organization]] as provided in this Agreement and # no Lender shall haveBorrower under any right individually to enforce or seek to enforce this Agreement or the other Loan Documents or to realize upon any collateral or other security given to secure the payment and performance of the Obligations.Debtor Relief Law.
