Enforcement. Should it become necessary for any party to institute legal action to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the successful party will be awarded reasonable attorneys' fees at all trial and appellate levels, expenses and costs.

If action is instituted to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in such action.

Attorneys Fees. In the event that either party consults or retains an attorney to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such dispute or litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred.

Attorneys' Fees and Costs. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the substantially prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses in addition to any other relief to which such prevailing party may be entitled.

Should it become necessary for any party to institute legal action to enforce the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement, the successful party will be awarded reasonable attorneys’ fees at all trial and appellate levels, expenses and costs.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party brings an action to enforce or effect its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such an action.

Enforceability: In the event that an action is commenced by any party to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award, in addition to any other claims or damages, of its costs and expenses including attorney’s fees in connection with said action.

Enforcement: In the event that a dispute arises out of or is related to this Agreement resulting in litigation, the prevailing party in any such litigation shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred at the trial and appellate levels, including attorney’s fees and costs related to establishing entitlement to, a reasonable amount of, attorney’s fees and costs.

Attorneys Fees. In the event any legal action is brought to interpret or enforce this Agreement, the party prevailing in such action shall be entitled to recover its attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to any other relief that it is entitled.
