ENFORCEMENT COSTS. Should either party employ attorneys to enforce any of the provisions hereof (including the pursuit of specific performance), the party against whom any final judgment is entered agrees to pay the prevailing party all reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs and legal expenses incurred in connection therewith.

Attorneys’ Fees And Costs. In the event that it shall become necessary for either of the parties to obtain the services of an attorney in order to enforce the provisions hereof, then, in that event, the defaulting party shall pay the prevailing party all reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs incurred in connection therewith, including the costs of any appeal.

Attorneys Fees. In any proceeding brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or to seek damages for a breach of any provision hereof, or when any provision hereof is validly asserted as a defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party all reasonable attorneys fees and costs in connection therewith.
