Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by each of the parties hereto and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties shall not have the right to assign their rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent shall have been notified by each of the parties heretoLender that each such Lender has executed it and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Borrower, each of the parties heretoAgent and each Lender and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties shall not have the right to assign their rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.permitted assigns.

Section # Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when itthe Effective Date shall have been executed by each of the parties heretooccurred, and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the [[Organization A:Organization]], the Administrative Agent, each of the parties heretoArranger and each [[Organization B:Organization]] and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties[[Organization A:Organization]] shall not have the right to assign theirits rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of all of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.Lenders.

SECTION # Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by the ​, Holdings and the Administrative ​ and the Administrative ​ shall have been notified by each of the parties hereto​ and each Issuing Bank that each such ​ or each such Issuing Bank has executed it and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the ​, Holdings, each of the parties hereto​, each ​ and each Issuing Bank and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties shall not have the right to assign their rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.assigns.

Binding Effect.Effect; Assignment. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by each of the parties hereto and thereafter shall be binding uponupon, and inure to the benefit of eachof, the successors, executors, heirs, representatives, administrators and permitted assigns of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties hereto. The Borrower shall not have the rightbe permitted to assign theirits rights hereunder or any interest hereinobligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.Lender.

This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by the Company and the Administrative Agents and when the Administrative Agents shall have received copies hereof (telecopied or otherwise) which, when taken together, bear the signature of each of the parties heretoLender, and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that neither the Loan PartiesCompany nor any Borrowing Subsidiary shall not have the right to assign theirany rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of all the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.Lenders.

This Agreement shall become effective when it shall havehas been executed by Holdings, Borrowers and the Administrative Agent and when the Administrative Agent has received copies hereof which, when taken together, bear the signatures of each of the other parties heretohereto, and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Holdings, the Loan Parties, each of the parties heretoAgent, each Issuing Bank, each Lender and their respective permitted successors and assigns, except that the Loan Parties shall not have the right to assign their rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.assigns.

Section # Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the L/C Issuers and the Administrative Agent shall have been notified by each ofLender, the parties heretoSwing Line Lender and the L/C Issuers that each Lender, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuers have executed it and thereafter this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Loan Parties, each of the parties heretoAgent and each Lender and their respective successors and assigns, in each case in accordance with Section 10.07 (if applicable) and except that theno Loan PartiesParty shall not have the right to assign theirits rights hereunder or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​.except as
