Liens on any property or asset of the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Material Associated Practice existing on the date hereof and set forth on [Schedule 7.2]; provided that such Liens shall not apply to any other property or asset of such Person;

Liens on any property or assetassets of the Borrower, any of itsBorrower and the Subsidiaries or any Material Associated Practice existing on the date hereofEffective Date and set forth on [Schedule 7.2]6.02]; provided that such Liens shall secure only those obligations that they secure on the Effective Date (and extensions, renewals and refinancings of such obligations permitted by [Section 6.01(a)]) and shall not subsequently apply to any other property or assetassets of such Person;the Borrower or any Subsidiary;
