Liens on any property or asset of the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Material Associated Practice existing on the date hereof and set forth on [Schedule 7.2]; provided that such Liens shall not apply to any other property or asset of such Person;

Liens on any property or asset of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries existing on the date hereof and set forth on [Schedule 7.2]; provided that such Liens shall not apply to any other property or asset of the Borrower or any Subsidiary;

Liens on any assets of the Borrower or any Subsidiaries existing on the date hereof and set forth on [Schedule 7.01];

Liens on property or assets of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries existing on the Effective Date and set forth on [Schedule 6.02]; provided that such Liens shall secure only those obligations that they secure on the Effective Date (and extensions, renewals and refinancings of such obligations permitted by [Section 6.01(a)]) and shall not subsequently apply to any other property or assets of the Borrower or any Subsidiary;

Liens on any property or asset of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary existing on the date hereof and set forth in [Schedule 6.02]; provided that # such Lien shall not apply to any other property or asset of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary and # such Lien shall secure only those obligations which it secures on the date hereof and extensions, renewals and replacements thereof but no increases in the amount thereof, as reduced from time to time;
