Lien means any lien, security interest or other charge or encumbrance of any kind, or any other type of preferential arrangement having the practical effect of any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, the lien or retained security title of a conditional vendor and any easement, right of way or other encumbrance on title to real property.
“Permitted Lien” means any lien, security interest, charge or encumbrance # relating solely to Receivables with Allied Signal, Inc. as the Obligor, at any time when such Receivables are not treated as “Eligible Receivables” hereunder or # which relate solely to Encumbered Receivables and solely to the extent such lien, security interest, charge or encumbrance is a Supplier Lien.
