Permitted Lien” means any lien, security interest, charge or encumbrance # relating solely to Receivables with Allied Signal, Inc. as the Obligor, at any time when such Receivables are not treated as “Eligible Receivables” hereunder or # which relate solely to Encumbered Receivables and solely to the extent such lien, security interest, charge or encumbrance is a Supplier Lien.
