Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment, during the Contract Period upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Employment. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending as provided in Section 4 hereof (such period of employment hereunder referred to herein as the “Employment Period”).

Employment. The Company shall employ Employee upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, which terms and conditions shall be effective as of the Effective Date.

Employment. You will be employed by the Company upon the terms and conditions set forth in this letter agreement for the period effective as of the date of this letter agreement and ending as provided in Section 4 (the “Employment Period”).

Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Employment. The Bank agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to accept such employment, on the terms and conditions hereinafter provided.

Employment. The Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.

Employment. The Company hereby employs the Executive and the Executive hereby accepts employment as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Employment. By signing this Agreement, you are giving notice of your resignation of your position as Chief Executive Officer, effective as of December 31, 2020. Thereafter, you will be employed in the role of Executive Chair pursuant to this Agreement. In this capacity, you will perform such duties and responsibilities as appropriate and as may be assigned by the Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby offers and the Executive hereby accepts the continued employment.
