Term of Employment. The Company hereby employs Employee as its Chief Executive Officer to perform the duties described in Section 3 and Employee hereby accepts such employment by the Company, on the terms and conditions herein contained and subject to the policies and procedures adopted by the Company from time to time, for a term of one year commencing on October 1, 2018 (the “Term”).

Term of Employment. The Company hereby employs Employeeagrees to further employ the Executive as its Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company, effective on the Effective Date and for the duration of the Term unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of Section 2 below. The Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote sufficient time, efforts and skills to diligently perform the duties described inof such role as shall reasonably be assigned to him by the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), subject to Section 3 and Employee hereby accepts such employment by the Company, on the terms and conditions herein contained and subject to the policies and procedures adopted by the Company from time to time, for a term of one year commencing on October 1, 2018 (the “Term”).below.

Term of Employment.EMPLOYMENT. The Company hereby employs Employee as its Chief Executive Officeragrees to perform the duties described in Section 3continue to employ Employee, and Employee hereby accepts such employment bycontinued employment. Employee shall serve as the Company, onCompany’s President and Chief Executive Officer upon the terms and conditions herein containedhereinafter set forth. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on the Effective Date and subjectending on the third (3rd) anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. This Agreement shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (each, an “Extension Term” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives notice of non-extension to the policies and procedures adopted byother no later than 90 days prior to the Company from time to time, for a termexpiration of one year commencing on October 1, 2018 (the “Term”).the then-applicable Term.

Term of Employment. The Company hereby employs Employee[[President and CEO:Person]] as its President and Chief Executive Officer to perform the duties described in Section 3Officer, and Employee[[President and CEO:Person]] hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such employment byservices to the Company,Company on the terms and conditions herein contained and subject to the policies and procedures adopted by the Company from time to time,set forth in this Agreement for a term of one yearthree (3) years commencing on October 1, 2018 (the “Term”).the Effective Date and terminating on June 30, 2019, unless further extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions herein set forth.
