Independent Relationship. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to create an employment, agency, joint venture or partnership relationship between the Parties hereto or any of their agents or employees, or any other legal arrangement that would impose liability upon one Party for the act or failure to act of the other Party. Neither Party shall have any power to enter into any contracts or commitments or to incur any liabilities in the name of, or on behalf of, the other Party, or to bind the other Party in any respect whatsoever.
General Relationship. Executive shall be considered an employee of the Company within the meaning of all federal, state and local laws and regulations including, but not limited to, laws and regulations governing unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, industrial accident, labor and taxes.
Each Party shall designate an employee Relationship Manager(s) to act on its behalf with regard to matters arising under this Agreement and shall notify the other Party in writing of the name of its Relationship Manager; however, the Relationship Manager shall have no authority to alter or amend any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement. Either Party may change its Relationship Manager(s) by providing the other Party prior written notice. The Relationship Manager must be identified in a writing delivered to the other Party at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of any work under this Agreement.
You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Legal Relationship. My relationship with the Company is that of an independent contractor and not as an employee, as such is defined in C.R.S. 8-40-202(2)(a), nor an agent of the Company. I will not be entitled to any benefits or compensation from the Company except as set forth in this Agreement. I agree that I am responsible for direct payment of any federal or state taxes on the compensation paid to me under this Agreement. I understand that I am not authorized to bind the Company or make any representations on its behalf in any matter.
At-Will Relationship. Employee’s employment relationship is at-will. Either Employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without Cause or advance notice.
Section # Employment Relationship. At all times during and following the Retention Period, Employee’s employment relationship with the Company or any Company Affiliate is and will remain “at will” and nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be interpreted to require Company or any Company Affiliate to continue Employee’s employment for any period of time following the Effective Date.
the Employee’s participation in the Plan shall not create a right to further employment with the Employer and shall not interfere with the ability of the Employer to terminate Employee’s employment relationship at any time; further, the RSU award and Employee’s participation in the Plan will not be interpreted to form an employment contract or relationship with the Employer;
No Employment Rights. The Plan shall not confer upon any Participant any right with respect to continuation of an employment or consulting relationship with the Company, nor shall it interfere in any way with such Participants right or the Companys right to terminate the employment or consulting relationship at any time for any reason.
