any and all claims relating to or arising from Employee’s employment relationship with the Company and the termination of that relationship;

any and all claims relating to or arising from Executive’s employment or service relationship with the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates and the termination of that relationship;

any and all claims arising out of or in any way related to your employment with and/or your separation from the Company;
