Limitation of Rights and Employment Relationship. The establishment of the Plan shall not be construed to confer upon an employee or Participant any legal right to be retained in the employ of the Employer or give any employee or any other person any right to benefits, except to the extent expressly provided hereunder. All employees will remain subject to discharge to the same extent as if the Plan had never been adopted, and may be treated without regard to the effect such treatment might have upon them under the Plan.
No Employment Rights Conferred. The establishment of the Plan shall not be construed as conferring any rights upon any Eligible Employee for continuation of employment, nor shall it be construed as limiting in any way the right of the Company to discharge any Eligible Employee or treat him without regard to the effect which such treatment might have upon him under the Plan.
Participation in this Plan shall not be construed to confer upon any Participant the legal right to be retained in the employ of the Employer, or give a Participant or beneficiary, or any other person, any right to any payment whatsoever, except to the extent of the benefits provided for hereunder. Each Participant shall remain subject to discharge to the same extent as if this Plan had never been adopted.
No Employment Rights Created. Neither the establishment nor participation in the Plan gives any employee a right to continued employment or limits the right of the Company to discharge, transfer, demote or modify the terms and conditions of employment or otherwise deal with any employee without regard to the effect such action might have on his or her with respect to the Plan.
8.3Employment Rights. Establishment of the Plan shall not be construed to give any employee or Participant the right to be retained in the Company’s service or that of its subsidiaries and affiliates, or to any benefits not specifically provided by the Plan.
