Position. You shall serve as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company or in such other or additional positions as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors (the “Board”) may determine from time to time. In such position, You shall # report to the Company’s President or such other person as the Company may designate from time to time, and # have such duties, authority and responsibility as shall be determined from time to time by the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board.

Position. The Company hereby employs Employee as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Employee Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Technology Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to them from time to time by the CEO. Employee shall be a full-time, exempt employee. Employee’s employment under this Agreement is expected to commence on ​.

Position. Executive is employed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to [Section 7.3] below.

Position. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall cause the Director to be appointed, and the Director hereby agrees to serve the Company in such position upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, provided however, that the Director’s continued service on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) after the initial one-year term on the Board shall be subject to any necessary approval by the Company’s stockholders.

Position. Executive’s employment with the Company will commence as soon as practicable on a date to be determined by Executive and the Board, which shall be no later than ​ (the “Start Date”). Executive will have all of the duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the position of CEO. Executive’s workplace will be at the Company’s headquarters, currently located in San Francisco, California.

Position. Your initial position with the Company will be Chief Medical Officer. This is a full-time position. The Company expects you to work 40 hours per week.

Position. The Company hereby employs Employee as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Operating Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the CEO.

Position. During the Term, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company as “Chief Executive Officer” and “Chief Scientific Officer.” The Executive shall report to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Position and Duties. From the Start Date to until on or before ​, subject to the Board of Directors of the Company’s (“Board”) approval, the Company shall employ Executive, and Executive shall serve as the Company’s President, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Board. On or before ​ (the “CEO Start Date”), and subject to the Board’s approval, Executive shall serve as the CEO of the Company, reporting to the Board. Executive shall perform the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such positions or as may be reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Board.

Position and Duties. The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to continue to be employed by the Company, upon the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement. The Executive shall serve as President of the Company’s Transit Packaging Division (or in such other position as agreed to by the parties), with the customary duties, authorities and responsibility of such position of a publicly-traded corporation and such other duties, authorities and responsibility # as have been agreed upon by the Company and the Executive or # as may from time to time be delegated to the Executive by the Board, Crown’s ​ or any other executive to whom the Executive reports as are consistent with such position. In addition, for no additional compensation, the Executive shall serve in such other positions as reasonably requested by the Board, Crown’s ​ or any other executive to whom the Executive reports. The Executive agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities called for hereunder to the best of his ability and to devote his full time, energies and skills to such duties, with the understanding that he may participate in charitable and similar activities and may have business interests in passive investments which may, from time to time, require portions of his time, but such activities shall be done in a manner consistent with his obligations hereunder.
