Position. You shall serve as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company or in such other or additional positions as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors (the “Board”) may determine from time to time. In such position, You shall # report to the Company’s President or such other person as the Company may designate from time to time, and # have such duties, authority and responsibility as shall be determined from time to time by the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board.

Position. The Company hereby employs Employee as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Employee Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Technology Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to them from time to time by the CEO. Employee shall be a full-time, exempt employee. Employee’s employment under this Agreement is expected to commence on ​.

Position. Executive is employed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to [Section 7.3] below.

Position. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall cause the Director to be appointed, and the Director hereby agrees to serve the Company in such position upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, provided however, that the Director’s continued service on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) after the initial one-year term on the Board shall be subject to any necessary approval by the Company’s stockholders.

Position. Executive’s employment with the Company will commence as soon as practicable on a date to be determined by Executive and the Board, which shall be no later than ​ (the “Start Date”). Executive will have all of the duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the position of CEO. Executive’s workplace will be at the Company’s headquarters, currently located in San Francisco, California.

Position. Your initial position with the Company will be Chief Medical Officer. This is a full-time position. The Company expects you to work 40 hours per week.

Position. The Company hereby employs Employee as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Operating Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the CEO.

Position. During the Term, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company as “Chief Executive Officer” and “Chief Scientific Officer.” The Executive shall report to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Position and Duties. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and shall have supervision and control over and responsibility for the technical direction of the Company and shall have such other powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the CEO, provided that such duties are consistent with the Executive’s position or other positions that he may hold from time to time. The Company recognizes the unique responsibilities the Executive has at the Company and with the Company’s strategic partners. Executive shall devote sufficient working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive may serve in positions with the Company’s strategic partners, on two outside public board of directors, consistent with the Company’s corporate governance policies and procedures with the approval of the Board, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned, and engage in non-personal religious, charitable or other community activities as long as such services and activities are disclosed to the Board and do not interfere with the Executive’s performance of his duties to the Company as provided in this Agreement.

Position and Duties. Employee will be employed as OraSure’s Chief Product Officer and, in that position, will be responsible for the Company’s marketing, sales, product management, and medical & clinical affairs, as well as research and development for the Molecular Solutions Business Unit, and such other duties as are reasonably assigned to her from time to time by the Board or Directors of OraSure (the “Board of Directors”) or the Chief Executive Officer of OraSure (the “CEO”). However, Employee’s title, position and/or duties may be changed from time to time in the discretion of OraSure, and such changes will not constitute a material breach of this Agreement, so long as the authority, duties and responsibilities, which, for greater certainty, include a combination of responsibility for revenue, budget, functions and number of employees, (the “Scope”) of her position are not materially less than the Scope of her position immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date other than in connection with a general reduction either caused by a change in the nature or scope of the Company’s business, or that affects the Company generally or similarly situated executives in substantially the same proportions.
