Employment Policies. You will be subject to the policies of the Company including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, the Company’s Code of Ethics and all other compliance policies and procedures, all of which may, from time to time, be amended. Nothing in this Section 4 is intended to limit, modify or reduce your obligations under the Company's Employee Handbook or Code of Ethics. Your obligations under this Section 4 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, your obligations under the Employee Handbook or the Code of Ethics. To the extent there is any inconsistency between this Section 4 and the Employee Handbook or the Code of Ethics that would permit you to take any action or engage in any activity pursuant to this Section 4 that you would be barred from taking or engaging in under the Employee Handbook or the Code of Ethics, the Employee Handbook or the Code of Ethics (as applicable) shall control.
