Location. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], such Loan Party’s location (within the meaning of Article 9 of the UCC) is the State of Delaware. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], the principal place of business and chief executive office of such Loan Party (and the location of the Loan Party’s records regarding the Collateral (other than those delivered to the Collateral Custodian pursuant to this Agreement)) is located at the address set forth under its name in [Section 11.02].

Location. The location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall be in the Company’s principal executive offices in [[Address A:Address]]; provided, however, that Executive shall travel and perform occasional services outside of this area as reasonably required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.

Location. The duties to be performed by the Executive hereunder shall be performed at the offices in Hampton, Virginia and other locations mutually agreed with the Company, subject to reasonable travel requirements on behalf of the Company.

Location. The duties to be performed by the Executive hereunder shall be performed in Dallas, Texas and such other locations mutually agreed with the CEO, subject to reasonable travel requirements on behalf of the Company.

Position; Location. You will continue to serve as the Company’s Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller and will be responsible for such duties as are assigned to you by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) or Chief Executive Officer. This position is full-time. As an exempt salaried employee, you are expected to work the Company’s normal business hours as well as additional hours as required by the nature of your work assignments, and will not be eligible for overtime compensation. You will continue to work out of RAPT’s offices located at 561 Eccles Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Of course, the Company may change your position, duties, and work location from time to time in its discretion.

Work Location. Executive’s principal place of work shall be located in San Diego, California, with such reasonable travel to other locations on Company business consistent with her position as the Company may direct from time to time.

Executive’s being required to be based at any other office or location of employment more than 50 miles from Executive’s primary office or location of employment immediately prior to the Change of Control;

Location of Records. The offices where the initial Master Servicer keeps all of its records relating to the servicing of the Pool Receivables are located at the Master Servicer’s address specified on [Schedule III].

Duties and Location. Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the CEO. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel.

Preferred Location Term. The three (3) year term of this Agreement shall apply to a Preferred Location, so long as it maintains Preferred Location status. If a location initially qualifying as a Preferred Location fails to meet the required Brand Concentration level as of a later Measurement Date, the term for such location shall convert to one (1) year beginning September 1st of the year after such location failed to meet the required Brand Concentration level, subject to the terms in [Sections 2.2] B. and D. below; provided, however, that if such location achieves the required Brand Concentration level for preferred status as of a later Measurement Date such location returns to preferred status and the term will continue for the third (3rd) year.
