A material change in the geographic location in which the Executive must perform services under this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, a material change in the geographic location shall mean the relocation of the Executive’s principal place of employment to a new location that is over 50 miles from the former location(s);

a material change, defined as 50 miles or more, in the geographic location at which the Executive is required to provides services to the Company (unless such new location is closer to the Executive’s residence at the time such change is imposed), not including business travel and short-term assignments; or

a material change in the geographic location at which Executive must perform service (in other words, the relocation of Executive to a facility or a location more than fifty (50) miles from the then present location); or

A material change in the geographic location of Executive’s primary work facility or location; provided, that a relocation of less than thirty-five (35) miles from Executive’s then-present work location will not be considered a material change in geographic location; or

a material change in the geographic location at which the Executive provides services to the Company, such that there is an increase of at least thirty (30) miles of driving distance to such location from the Executive’s principal residence as of such change; or

A material change in the geographic location at which Employee provides services to the Company, such that there is an increase of at least one hundred (100) miles of driving distance to such location from the Executive’s principal place of residence as of such change; or,

a change in the primary location at which the Executive is required perform the duties of his/her employment to a location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location at which his/her office is located on the effective date of this Agreement; or
