Location of Borrowers. Each Borrower’s chief executive office is located at the location set forth in [Schedule 4.15], as such schedule may be updated from time to time. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which each Borrower keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such Borrower’s respective executive office listed above.

Each Borrower’s chief executive office is located as set forth on [Schedule 4.4(b)(iii)]. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Borrower keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.

Each Loan Party’s chief executive office is located as set forth on [Schedule 4.4] hereto. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Loan Party keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.

Each Loan Party’s chief executive office is located as set forth on [Schedule 4.4(b)(iii)]. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Loan Party keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.

Each Credit Party's chief executive office is located as set forth on [Schedule 4.4]. Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Credit Party keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.

Locations of Chief Executive Office. Each Loan Party’s chief executive office is located at the addresses set forth on [Schedule 4.14(c)]) (as such schedule may from time to time be updated in accordance with Section 7.18). Until written notice is given to Agent by Administrative Loan Party of any other office at which any Loan Party keeps its records pertaining to Accounts and the other Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office or otherwise as set forth on [Schedule 4.14(c)].

Location of Offices. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower and the offices where the Borrower keeps all Records are located at the addresses referred to in [Schedule H] and have been so for the four months preceding the Closing Date (or at such other locations as to which the notice and other requirements specified in [Section 6.02(i)] shall have been satisfied).
