relocation of the Participant’s primary place of employment to a location more than 50 miles from the Employer’s then current location.

A change in Participant’s principal place of work to a location greater than 50 miles from the Participant’s principal place of work immediately prior to such a change; provided, that such change in location also materially increases the distance of Participant’s commute;

a relocation of Executive’s principal place of employment by more than fifty (50) miles;
