Location. The location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall be in the Company’s principal executive offices in [[Address A:Address]]; provided, however, that Executive shall travel and perform occasional services outside of this area as reasonably required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.

Principal Place of Employment. The Executive understands and agrees that the Executive’s principal place of employment will be in the Company’s offices located in the [[Address A:Address]] metropolitan area and that the Executive will be required to travel for business in the course of performing the Executive’s duties for the Company.

Work Location. During the Term, the primary place for performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities shall be the Company’s headquarters in [[Address A:Address]]. The Executive further acknowledges that his position may require business travel from time to time.

Principal Place of Employment. Executive’s principal place of employment during the Employment Period shall be at the Company’s principal executive offices or at such other location upon which the Company and Executive may mutually agree, and subject to travel to such other locations as shall be necessary to fulfill the employment duties.

Place of Performance. Executive’s initial place of employment shall be at the Company’s office in [[Address A:Address]]; provided that Executive may be reasonably required to travel periodically in connection with the performance of his duties.
