Location. The duties to be performed by the Executive hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, the Executive’s home office and other such locations mutually agreed with the Company, subject to reasonable travel requirements on behalf of the Company.

Place of Performance. Executive shall perform his duties and conduct his business at the principal executive offices of the Company, except for required travel on the Company’s business.

The location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall be in the Company’s principal executive offices in [[Address A:Address]]; provided, however, that Executive shall travel and perform occasional services outside of this area as reasonably required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.
