Location. During the Term, Executive shall perform his duties under this Agreement at the Company’s headquarters, subject to travel required by Executive’s position and consistent with the reasonable business needs of the Company.

Location. During the Term, Executive shall perform his duties under this Agreement at such locations as Executive in good faith determines to be necessary or appropriate for the performance of such duties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall perform his duties hereunder five days per week, at least four of which shall be performed at the Company’s headquarters unless Executive is traveling pursuant to the next sentence. Executive agrees to travel to the extent that Executive determines in good faith that such travel is necessary or appropriate for the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, or as requested by the Board.

Location; Office. Except for routine travel and temporary accommodation reasonably required to perform his services hereunder, Executive shall not be required to perform his services hereunder at any location other than the principal executive office of the Company, which office shall be located throughout the Term at its location on the date hereof, or, if relocated, at a location within a distance of 30 miles from its location on the date hereof, or at such other office or site to which Executive may, in his sole discretion, consent; nor shall he be required to relocate his principal residence to, or otherwise to reside at, any location specified by the Company. The Company shall provide Executive with suitable office space, furnishings and equipment, secretarial and clerical services and such other facilities and office support as Executive may reasonably request.

The principal location at which the Executive shall perform his duties hereunder shall be at the Company's offices in [[Address A:Address]] or at such other location as may be temporarily designated from time to time by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall perform such services at such other locations as may be required for the proper performance of his duties hereunder, and Executive recognizes that such duties may involve travel.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office as it may be located from time to time. The Executive acknowledges that he will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing his duties for the Company.
