Work Location. Executive’s principal place of work shall be located in San Diego, California, with such reasonable travel to other locations on Company business consistent with her position as the Company may direct from time to time.

1.2Duties and Location. Executive will perform such duties as are required by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to whom Executive will report. Executive’s primary office location will be the Company’s San Diego, California office. The Company reserves the right to reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time, and to require reasonable business travel. The Company may modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Principal Location of Services. Executive shall perform his duties during the Employment Term principally out of offices located in the Southern California area and shall undertake such travel within or outside of the United States as is necessary or advisable for the efficient operations of the Company.

Executive’s principal place of employment initially shall be at her home office in San Diego County, California or such other location mutually agreed by Executive and the CEO in writing. Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business reasons. The Company, as part of an accountable plan, shall reimburse Executive’s ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Executive in connection with Executive’s visits to and work from the Company’s Goleta, California location, including, without limitation, reasonable travel and accommodations consistent with the Company’s then existing policies for other senior executives.
