Location. The location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall be in the Company’s principal executive offices in [[Address A:Address]]; provided, however, that Executive shall travel and perform occasional services outside of this area as reasonably required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.

Work Location. During the Term, the primary place for performance of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities shall be the Company’s headquarters in [[Address A:Address]]. The Executive further acknowledges that his position may require business travel from time to time.

Executive agrees to perform the services of Chief Executive Officer/President at said corporate office unless the Board of Directors agrees that the executive may perform his services of Chief Executive Officer/President at another location.

Principal Place of Employment. Executive’s principal place of employment during the Employment Period shall be at the Company’s principal executive offices or at such other location upon which the Company and Executive may mutually agree, and subject to travel to such other locations as shall be necessary to fulfill the employment duties.

Place of Performance. Executive’s initial place of employment shall be at the Company’s office in [[Address A:Address]]; provided that Executive may be reasonably required to travel periodically in connection with the performance of his duties.

Place of Performance. The principal place of Executive’s employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office currently located at 99 Berry Rd, [[Address A:Address]]; provided that, the Executive may be required to travel on Company business during the Employment Term.

Place of Performance. Executive will perform his or her services hereunder at the principal executive offices of the Company; provided, however, that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business purposes.

Subject to Section 4(g)(4), and except for such business travel as may be incident to his duties hereunder, Executive shall perform his duties at the Company’s offices at the address set forth in the preamble to this Agreement or at such other location requested by Executive as may be approved by the Company.
