Position; Location. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, shall devote the Executive’s full business attention and time to the business and affairs of the Company and shall use the Executive’s best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently such responsibilities. The Executive will report directly to the Board. During the Employment Period, the Executive’s services shall be performed in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, subject to reasonable business travel at the Company’s request.

Position. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). In such position, Executive shall have such duties, authority, and responsibilities as shall be determined from time to time by the Board, which duties, authority, and responsibilities are consistent with Executive’s position. Executive shall, if requested, also serve as a member of the Board or as an officer or director of any affiliate of the Company for no additional compensation.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and in such other position or positions with the Company and its subsidiaries as are consistent with the Executive’s position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and shall have such duties and responsibilities as are assigned to the Executive by the Board consistent with the Executive’s position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive agrees to serve as a member of the Board during the Employment Period. The Executive shall report to the Board. The Executive shall work remotely from both the Executive’s home office and as reasonably requested from time to time at the Company’s principal executive offices and such other locations as needed or reasonably requested from time to time by the Board.

During the Employment Period, the Executive # shall serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Companies, # shall report directly to the Board, # shall, subject to and in accordance with the authority and direction of the Board, have such authority and perform in a diligent and competent manner such duties as may be assigned to the Executive from time to time by the Board, and # shall devote the Executive’s best efforts and such time, attention, knowledge and skill to the operation of the business and affairs of the Companies as shall be necessary to perform the Executive’s duties. During the Employment Period, the Executive’s place of performance for the Executive’s duties and responsibilities shall be at the Companies’ corporate headquarters office, unless another principal place of performance is agreed in writing among the parties

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be employed as the CEO and President, and shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). The Executive shall also serve as a member of the Board. The Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily exercised by a CEO and President, as well as such additional duties and responsibilities as the Board may assign from time to time.

Position. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the President, reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”). In such position, the Executive shall have such duties, authority and responsibility as shall be determined from time to time by the Board, which duties, authority and responsibility shall be consistent with the Executive's position. Any change in the title, duties or reporting of Executive and any action not to renew or extend the Employment Term or to terminate the employment of Executive hereunder, other than by Executive, shall be taken by action of the Board. During the Employment Term, the Company agrees to nominate Executive for Board membership on each such occasion that nominations are accepted and/or put before the Shareholders for approval.

SECTION # Position and Duties. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In such capacity, the Executive shall have such responsibilities, powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall devote substantially all of his working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Executive shall not directly or indirectly render any services of a business, commercial or professional nature to any other Person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from managing his personal investments or serving as a director of a not-for-profit organization, so long as such activities do not interfere with the Executive’s performance of his duties hereunder.

During the Employment Period, Executive will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Executive will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). During the Employment Period, Executive will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority consistent with such position that are designated by the Board, subject [[Organization B:Organization]] direction and supervision of the Board.

Positions. During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve as the Company’s President and shall have the duties, responsibilities, functions and authority customarily associated with such position, subject to the power and authority of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) to expand or limit such duties, responsibilities, functions and authority.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as ​ of the Company and shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority consistent with such position that are designated by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, subject [[Organization B:Organization]] direction and supervision of the Board.
