a change in the primary location at which the Executive is required perform the duties of his/her employment to a location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location at which his/her office is located immediately before the Change of Control Date (disregarding any change in location in anticipation of the Change of Control); or

Executive’s being required to be based at any other office or location of employment more than 50 miles from Executive’s primary office or location of employment immediately prior to the Change of Control;

Executive’s being required to be based at any other office or location of employment more than 50 miles from Executive’s primary office or location of employment immediately prior to the Change of Control;

a change in the primary location at which the Executive is required perform the duties of his/her employment to a location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location at which his/her office is located on the effective date of this Agreement; or

a change in Executive’s principal work location to a work location that is more than 50 miles from the location where Executive was based immediately prior to the Change in Control; or

A change in the geographic location of the Executive’s job more than fifty (50) miles from the place at which such job was based on the day before the Change in Control Date.

the relocation of the Executive’s principal place of employment to a location more than 50 miles from the Executive’s principal place of employment on the date 180 days prior to the Change in Control of the Company (or if the Executive has not been employed for 180 days prior to the Change in Control of the Company, as in effect on the date the Executive entered into this Agreement);

The Company's requiring the Executive to have a principal job location in excess of fifty (50) miles from the location of the Executive's principal job location at any time during the 12‑month period immediately preceding the Change in Control; except for required travel on the Company's business to an extent substantially consistent with the Executive's then present business travel obligations; or

a change in the primary location at which the Executive is required to perform the duties of his employment with the Employer to a location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location of the Bank’s headquarters on the Effective Date;

Executive being required by the Company to be based at any office or location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location where Executive was principally employed immediately preceding the Change in Control by the Company, which the Parties acknowledge would be a material relocation; and

the Company’s requiring the Executive to be based at any other geographic location more than 50 miles from that location at which the Executive primarily performed Executive’s services immediately prior to the occurrence of a Change in Control, except for required travel on the Company’s business to an extent substantially consistent with Executive’s business travel obligations immediately prior to such Change in Control;
