Employment Location. You are expected to work at the Company’s corporate headquarters in [[Address A:Address]].

Employment Location. You are expected to work at the Company’s corporate headquarters in the greater Boston area.

Term: Commencing on the Effective Date and ending March 26, 2021 (the “Term Expiration Date”); provided, that, upon the Term Expiration Date this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, unless either party provides written notice to the other no less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the commencement of each such renewal term setting forth a desire to terminate this Agreement. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights or obligations of the parties hereunder arising out of, or relating to, circumstances occurring prior to the expiration of this Agreement, which rights and obligations will survive the termination of this Agreement and the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company.

Location of Employment Services. Employee will perform services for Company from her principal residence located in Jacksonville, Florida or from a mutually-agreed office location in the Jacksonville area, provided that Employee may be asked to travel from time to time to Company’s headquarters (Tampa, Florida) or elsewhere pursuant to the instructions of the Chief Executive Officer.

Location. Unless the parties hereto otherwise agree in writing, during the term of this Agreement, you shall perform the services required to be performed pursuant to this Agreement from your home office, provided that the Company will provide you with office space at the Company’s Burlington, Massachusetts office and you will be expected to spend significant time at that or other Company offices when not traveling on Company business. In addition, the Company expects that you will travel extensively to other locations to meet with customers, prospects, and partners in connection with the Company’s business.

Location. The duties to be performed by the Executive hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, the Executive’s home office and other such locations mutually agreed with the Company, subject to reasonable travel requirements on behalf of the Company.

Location. The location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall be in the Company’s principal executive offices in Chandler, Arizona; provided, however, that Executive shall travel and perform occasional services outside of this area as reasonably required for the proper performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.

Location. It is anticipated that the Executive shall be permitted to work remotely, subject to travel as required by the Company in order to full his responsibilities under this Agreement on behalf of the Company (including but not limited to travel to the Company’s headquarters).

Location. The Executive’s principal place of business shall be at an office of the Company located in Fort Myers, Florida.
