Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence her employment as President and CEO under the terms of this Agreement effective January 1, 2022 (the “Commencement Date”). This Agreement shall replace Executive’s current employment agreement as of the Commencement Date.

Commencement Date. Host shall commence the provision of Services on the Commencement Date which shall be either of:

Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence his employment as Chief Information Officer of the Company under the terms of this Agreement effective May 6, 2019 (the “Commencement Date”).

Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence her employment as Global Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer of the Company under the terms of this Agreement starting on September 30, 2018 (the “Commencement Date”).

Commencement Date. Host shall commence the provision of Services on the Commencement Date which shall be either of:

Commencement Date. The Term of this Lease shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall be for the term specified in Section 1.8 hereof (which includes as set forth in Section 1.8 any partial month at the commencement of the Term if the Term commences other than on the first day of the calendar month).

Commencement Date. The Original Premises Commencement Date and the Expansion Premises Commencement Date are not conditioned upon the completion of the Improvements.

Employment Commencement Date. Executive will commence her employment as President, North America Region under the terms of this Agreement effective October 26, 2020 (the “Commencement Date”).

Commencement Date. Subject to the earlier termination or extension as otherwise provided in this Lease, the Term shall commence on the Commencement Date and expire at midnight on the Expiration Date.

Commencement Date. Executive’s full-time employment with the Company will commence on January 8, 2018 (“Commencement Date”).
