A Participant employed as a Fixed Term Employee (for example a Participant of the Workforce Share program) may be considered for an Award subject to the other terms and conditions of the Plan and in accordance with Applicable Laws, Policies, and Expectations,, procedures, and year-end guidance.

Term of Employment. The “Initial Term” of Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement, and shall continue thereafter until the third (3rd) anniversary of the Effective Date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After the expiration of the Initial Term, if not earlier terminated, this Agreement shall automatically renew on each anniversary of the Effective Date for successive one (1) year periods. Each such one (1) year renewal term shall be referred to as a “Renewal Term.” The period that Executive is employed hereunder is referred to as the “Term” of this Agreement.

Shulman’s employment hereunder shall commence as of August 1, 2017 and shall end at the close of business on July 31, 2020, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement in the event of Shulman’s retirement or permanent disability (the “Term of Employment”). Leave of absence for any period of time authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company shall not be deemed an interruption, cessation or termination of the terms of Shulman’s employment.

Greenblatt’s employment hereunder shall commence as of August 1, 2017 and shall end at the close of business on July 31, 2020, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement in the event of Greenblatt’s retirement or permanent disability (the “Term of Employment”). Leave of absence for any period of time authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company shall not be deemed an interruption, cessation or termination of the terms of Greenblatt’s employment.

Lyke’s employment hereunder shall commence as of August 1, 2017 and shall end at the close of business on July 31, 2020, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement in the event of Lyke’s retirement or permanent disability (the “Term of Employment”). Leave of absence for any period of time authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company shall not be deemed an interruption, cessation or termination of the terms of Lyke’s employment.

Silva’s employment hereunder shall commence as of August 1, 2017 and shall end at the close of business on July 31, 2020, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement in the event of Silva’s retirement or permanent disability (the “Term of Employment”). Leave of absence for any period of time authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company shall not be deemed an interruption, cessation or termination of the terms of Silva’s employment.

The Company hereby employs [[President and CEO:Person]] as its President and Chief Executive Officer, and [[President and CEO:Person]] hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a term of three (3) years commencing on the Effective Date and terminating on June 30, 2019, unless further extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Corporation agrees to employ Employee and Employee agrees to be employed in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer for a term of three (3) years effective January 1, 2016 and terminating December 31, 2018. Thereafter, the term of this Employment Agreement shall be automatically renewed and extended for successive one-year periods except that either party may, at least ninety (90) days prior to such expiration date or any anniversary thereof, give written notice to the other party electing that this Employment Agreement not be renewed or extended, in which event this Employment Agreement shall expire as of the expiration date or anniversary date, respectively.

Employment. The Company agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company consistent with the Executive’s position and duties, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s employment with the Company shall commence on a date between May 16, 2022 and May 31, 2022, as mutually agreed to by the Company and the Executive (the “Employment Commencement Date”).
