Employment. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on October 8, 2020 (the “Start Date”) and ending as provided in Section 4 hereof (such period of employment hereunder referred to herein as the “Employment Period”).

Employment. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating an express or implied contract of employment and, except as otherwise agreed in writing between the Executive and the Company, the Executive shall not have any right to be retained in the employ of the Company.

EMPLOYMENT. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.

Employment. You will be employed to serve on a full-time basis as Vice President, Finance & Operations, reporting to Don Dougherty, effective July 9, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). You agree to devote your best efforts, skill, knowledge, attention and energies to the advancement of the Company’s business and interests and to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as an employee of the Company.

EMPLOYMENT. As of the Effective Date, the Company hereby employs Executive and Executive hereby accepts employment as Chief Financial Officer of the Company upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Employment. [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Executive Vice President of [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]], and Executive agrees to continued employment in this position, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including the confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation provisions which Executive acknowledges were discussed in detail prior to and made an express condition of Executive’s continued service as Executive Vice President of [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]].

Employment. The Company shall employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending as provided in Section 4 hereof (such period of employment hereunder referred to herein as the “Employment Period”).

Employment. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Ceridian HCM hereby confirms the employment of the Executive as Executive Vice President (“EVP”), Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) for Ceridian HCM, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Ceridian, and Executive hereby accepts such employment.

EMPLOYMENT. As of the Effective Date, the Company hereby employs Executive and Executive hereby accepts employment as Chief Financial Officer of the Company upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment, during the Contract Period upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
