Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance. (a) Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by any Regulation, and # Employer’s Liability Insurance in amounts not less than $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident and for bodily injury by disease, and for each employee for bodily injury by disease.

Workers’ compensation insurance as required by any Applicable Law, and employers’ liability insurance in amounts not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each accident for bodily injury by accident; One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) policy limit for bodily injury by disease; and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each employee for bodily injury by disease, and waiver by Tenant’s insurer of any right of subrogation against Landlord and Landlord’s property manager by reason of payment under such coverage.

Workers’ Compensation in compliance with all Applicable Laws or as may be available on a voluntary basis. Employer’s Liability must be at least in the amount of $1,000,000 for bodily injury by accident for each employee, $1,000,000 for bodily injury by disease for each employee, and $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease for policy limit.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with statutory requirements and Employer’s Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000. Coverage should include claims for applicable workers’ compensation, occupational disease, personal injuries, and death to Service Provider’s employees in amounts required by statute.
