Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with statutory requirements and Employer’s Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000. Coverage should include claims for applicable workers’ compensation, occupational disease, personal injuries, and death to Service Provider’s employees in amounts required by statute.
