Employer may terminate the employment of Employee hereunder for “good cause” (as defined below) immediately upon written notice.

Employer may immediately terminate Employee’s employment hereunder for Just Cause (as defined below) at any time upon delivery of written notice to Employee.

Employer may terminate the employment of Employee hereunder without “good cause” immediately upon written notice. If Employer shall terminate the employment of Employee without “good cause” (other than due to permanent disability) effective on a date earlier than the end of the Initial Term or any then-applicable Extension Period, then Employee shall be entitled to receive the Severance Benefits.
