Discretionary Employer Contribution Credits. For purposes of employer allocations under [Section 5.3], participation for any given Year shall be limited to those Employees of the Company or any Subsidiary eligible for such a contribution at the time the credit is declared.
“Discretionary Employer Contribution Credit Subaccount” means the bookkeeping subaccount established to reflect the allocations of Discretionary Employer Contribution Credits hereunder.
“Contribution Credits” means Participant Deferrals, Automatic Company Contribution Credits, Employer Matching Contribution Credits, and Discretionary Employer Contribution Credits.
A Participant shall have a vested right to the portion of his or her Account attributable to Employer Discretionary Contribution(s) and any earnings or losses on the investment of such Employer Discretionary Contribution(s) according to such vesting schedule as the Employer shall determine at the time an Employer Discretionary Contribution is made.
Gateway contribution. The Employer may make an additional discretionary Employer contribution ("gateway contribution") as set forth below (i.e., the minimum allocation gateway requirement described in Regulation
The Employer reserves the right to make discretionary contributions to some or all Participants’ Accounts in such amount and in such manner as may be determined by the Employer. Such Employer Discretionary Contribution, at the option of the Employer, in accounts established by the Administrator. The Employer, in its sole discretion, may determine which account will be credited with each Employer Discretionary Contribution. In the event the Employer does not designate which Participant account shall be credited, such Employer Discretionary Contributions shall be credited to the Participant’s Retirement account. Employer Discretionary Contributions, if any, shall be credited to a Participant’s Account, and if applicable transferred to the Trust, at such time as the Employer shall determine.
Employer Matching Contribution Credits. For purposes of Employer Matching Contribution Credits under Section 5.1, participation shall be limited to an Employee who:
Added to any Employer discretionary contribution (e.g., matching or profit sharing) and allocated in the same manner; # Used to reduce any Employer contribution (e.g., matching or profit sharing); # Added to any Employer matching contribution and allocated as an additional matching contribution; or
A Qualified Nonelective Contribution in a discretionary amount determined by the Employer.
“Discretionary Employer Contribution Credit” means the contributions described in [Section 5.3] of the Plan.
