Rehired Employee. If an Eligible Employee is not employed on the date determined pursuant to # above, but is reemployed before a 1-Year Break in Service has occurred, then such Eligible Employee shall become a Participant on the date of reemployment or, if later, the date that the Employee would have otherwise entered the Plan had the Employee not terminated employment. If such Employee incurs a 1-Year Break in Service, then eligibility will be determined under the 1-Year Break in Service rules set forth in Section 3.5.

3.3Reemployment. A Participant who has a Break in Service and who is subsequently reemployed as an Employee eligible to participate in the Plan shall again become a Participant in the Plan on the date the Employee again becomes an eligible Employee.

A Former Employee who has not had Years of Service (or Periods of Service) before a 1-Year Break in Service disregarded pursuant to # above, shall participate in the Plan as of the date of reemployment, or if later, as of the date the Former Emplo yee would otherwise enter the Plan pursuant to Sections 3.1 and 3.2 taking into account all service not disregarded.
