Specified Employee. Any Participant who is a “Specified Employee” (as defined in Code Section 409A) upon his Separation from Service, as determined by the Company or the Committee.
“Specified Employee” shall mean a Participant who is deemed to be a specified employee in accordance with procedures adopted by the Company that reflect the requirements of Code Section 409A(2)(B)(i) and the guidance thereunder.
SECTION # “Specified Employee” means a Participant who is a “specified employee” within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(b)(i) of the Code.

“Specified Employee” means an employee who, as of the date the employee separates from service, is a “specified employee” (as that term is used in [Section 409A(a)(2)(B)] of the Code), as determined under KRC’s policy for determining specified employees.
Specified Employee: A person designated from time to time as such by the Administrator pursuant to Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) of the Code and the Company's policy for determining specified employees.
