and/or to such other persons and addresses as any party shall have specified in writing to the other from time-to-time. Either party may change its address for receiving notices by providing notice of the new address to the other Party.

Either party may by written notice to the other party, change any of the addresses at which, or the designated person for whose attention those notices or other communications are to be given.

Each Party shall have the right to change its address at any time and/or designate that copies of all such notices be directed to another person at another address, by giving written notice thereof to all other Parties.

or to such other address as either party may furnish to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of changes of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Either party may change its address for notices by notice to the other party.

Any party may at any time give to any other party notice in writing of any change of address of the party giving such notice, and from and after the giving of such notice, the address therein specified will be deemed to be the address of such party for the purposes of giving notice hereunder. Any change of address notice shall include, if possible, a contact number for the sending of notices by telecommunication hereunder.

Any party to this Agreement may change such address for notices by sending to the parties to this Agreement written notice of a new address for such purpose.

Such notices shall be deemed to have been served when received by addressee. Either Party may give written notice of a change of address and, after notice of such change has been received, any notice or request shall thereafter be given to such Party as above provided at such changed address.

Either Party may change all or any part of its address for providing notices upon submitting such change to the other Party in accordance with the requirements of this Section.
