Employee Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive will be entitled to participate in the employee benefit plans currently and hereafter maintained by the Company of general applicability to other senior executives of the Company, including, without limitation, the Company’s group medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time.

Employee Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health benefits, insurance programs, retirement plans and other employee benefit plans and programs generally available to other executive employees of the Company.

Employee Benefits. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans, practices, and programs maintained by the Company, as in effect from time to time (collectively, “Employee Benefit Plans”), to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable Employee Benefit Plans. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate any Employee Benefit Plans at any time in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such Employee Benefit Plan and applicable law.

Employee Benefits. Executive shall be eligible to participate in any employee benefits plans and executive compensation programs maintained by the Company applicable to similarly situated executives of the Company, including health and disability insurance and vacation. Such eligibility shall be subject in each case to the generally applicable terms and conditions of the plan or program in question and to the determination of any committee administering such plan or program. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time.

Employee Benefits. You will be entitled to all employee benefits, including vacation accrual of twenty (20) days per year and health and disability benefits for which you are eligible under the terms and conditions of the standard Company benefit plans which may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its senior executive-level employees generally. Currently, such benefits include twelve paid holidays, as well as paid sick leave of up to ten days per year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to adopt, amend or discontinue any employee benefit plan or policy, including changes required by applicable law.

Employee Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company’s benefit programs for which employees of the Company are generally eligible, subject to the eligibility and participation requirements thereof; provided, however, that Executive shall not participate in any severance plan or policy maintained by the Company for the benefit of senior executives.

Employee Benefits. As an employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in such Company-sponsored benefits and programs as are made generally available to other employees of the Company. This includes paying for your portion of healthcare coverage and same 401(k) match as other Company employees. You will receive the same cell phone stipend as other Everbridge executives. In addition, you will be entitled to # annually accrue vacation and/or sick time in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy as established by the Board and as in effect from time to time. The Company reserves the right to change or eliminate any benefit plans at any time, upon notice to you.

Employee Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive will be eligible to participate in all Company employee benefit plans, policies and arrangements that are applicable to other executive officers and employees of the Company, including basic health coverage and the Executive Health Care Plan (so long as such is available to senior executives), as such plans, policies and arrangements may exist or be amended from time to time and in accordance with their terms. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time.

Employee Benefits. As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits, including its medical, dental and 401(k) plans, under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time. In addition, you will be entitled to accrue and use paid vacation benefits, in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy, as in effect from time to time.

Employee Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive will be entitled to participate in the employee benefit plans currently and hereafter maintained by the Company of general applicability to other senior executives of the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time. Executive shall also be entitled to four weeks of vacation, accruing annually, and participation in any 401(k) or employee benefit plan established by the Company, each as subject to the terms and conditions of such plans or programs adopted by the Company.
