Electronic Transmissions and Counterparts. This Release may be executed in several counterparts and by electronic transmissions (e-mail, facsimile and/or scanner) and all so executed shall constitute one Release, binding on all the Parties hereto, notwithstanding that the Parties are not signatories to the original or same counterpart.

The parties contemplate that they may be executing counterparts of this Agreement transmitted by facsimile or email in PDF format and agree and intend that a signature by either facsimile machine or email in PDF format shall bind the party so signing with the same effect as though the signature were an original signature.

Counterparts, Facsimiles & Email Transmissions. This Agreement and all documents relating hereto may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which together shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a “pdf” or similar format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such CEO Severance signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or signature page were an original thereof.
