Execution. This First Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and when taken together shall constitute one and the same document. Facsimile and/or electronically transmitted copies of signatures shall be binding.

Execution. This First Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. This First Amendment can be signed electronically or delivered by pdf copy sent by email.

Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of such counterparts shall constitute one agreement. To facilitate execution of this First Amendment, the parties may execute and exchange facsimile counterparts of the signature pages and facsimile counterparts shall serve as originals.

This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same agreement. A signed copy of this First Amendment delivered by e-mail or other means of electronic transmission shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original signed copy of this First Amendment.

This First Amendment may be executed via facsimile or other electronic transmissions.

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different Parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this First Amendment by facsimile or email shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this First Amendment.

This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The signature page of any counterpart may be detached therefrom without impairing the legal effect of the signature(s) thereon provided such signature page is attached to any other counterpart identical thereto except having additional signature pages executed by other parties to this First Amendment attached thereto.

Multiple Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all signatories had signed the same document. All counterparts must be construed together to constitute one and the same instrument. This First Amendment may be transmitted and signed by facsimile and in .pdf or other electronic format. The effectiveness of any such documents and signatures shall, subject to applicable law, have the same force and effect as manually-signed originals and shall be binding on Loan Parties, Agent and Lenders. Agent may also require that any such documents and signatures be confirmed by a manually-signed original; provided, that, the failure to request or deliver the same shall not limit the effectiveness of any facsimile document or signature.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute on instrument. Facsimile signatures shall be as effective as original signatures.
