The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to the DSUs and Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or future awards that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means. Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an online or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

The Grantee hereby consentsagrees to receive suchCompany’s provision to the Grantee of these documents by electronic delivery and, if requested,and agrees to participate in the Plan through an onlineon-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or anothera third party designated by the Company.

Grantee has the right at any time to request that the Company deliver written copies of any and all materials referred to above at no charge. Grantee also hereby consents to any and all procedures the Company has established or may establish for an electronic signature system for delivery and acceptance of any such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, agrees to participate in the Plan through an online or electronic system established and maintained bythat the Company may elect to deliver and agrees that Grantee’s electronic response or another third party designated bysignature is the Company.same as, and shall have the same force and effect as, Grantee’s manual signature.
