Execution. This First Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. This First Amendment can be signed electronically or delivered by pdf copy sent by email.

Execution. This First Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and when taken together shall constitute one and the same document. Facsimile and/or electronically transmitted copies of signatures shall be binding.

Counterparts and Signatures. This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same agreement. A signed copy of this First Amendment delivered by e-mail or other means of electronic transmission shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original signed copy of this First Amendment.

This First Amendment Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and by different Parties hereto in separate counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered to the other Parties hereto shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument; signature pages may be detached from multiple separate counterparts and attached to a single counterpart so that all signature pages are physically attached to the same document. Delivery of an executed counterpart to this First Amendment Agreement by facsimile or by e-mail delivery of a ‘pdf’ format data file, such delivery shall create a valid and binding obligation of the Party executing such counterpart (or on whose behalf such counterpart is executed) with the same force and effect as if such executed counterpart of this First Amendment Agreement was manually executed by such Party (or on behalf of such Party) and delivered in person.

Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of such counterparts shall constitute one agreement. To facilitate execution of this First Amendment, the parties may execute and exchange facsimile counterparts of the signature pages and facsimile counterparts shall serve as originals.

Execution. This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party, it being understood that the parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile signature page were an original thereof.

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different Parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this First Amendment by facsimile or email shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this First Amendment.

Delivery of this First Amendment by facsimile or electronic (e.g. pdf) transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed original counterpart hereof.

This FIRST AMENDMENT may be executed by one or more of the parties to this FIRST AMENDMENT on any number of separate counterparts (including by facsimile transmission or PDF signature), and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.
