Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. i. Counterparts. The parties may execute this Lease in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original but all of which constitute one and the same instrument. ii. Electronic Signatures. The parties agree that this Lease, agreements ancillary to this Lease, and related documents entered into in connection with this Lease are signed when a party’s signature is delivered by facsimile, e-mail, or other electronic medium. Such signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as an original signature.
Counterparts. This Lease may be executed in counterparts with the same effect as if both parties hereto had executed the same document. Both counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute a single lease. Such counterparts may be executed and delivered by the parties hereto by electronic means, including by electronic mail or facsimile transmission and, when so fully delivered, such copies shall be binding as if ink originals.
