Seller agrees to participate in all of Buyers current and future electronic commerce applications and initiatives upon Buyers request, provided that Seller will not be obligated to spend more than [......] per year on such initiatives. By placing a name or other identifier on any such electronic message, the party doing so intends to sign the message with his/her signature attributed to the message content.
