Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to accept this Agreement or otherwise participate in the Plan in the future through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

In consideration of receiving this Award and accepting the benefits hereof, the Grantee consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, to the extent determined by the Company, any participation by the Grantee in the Plan shall be through any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company. The Grantee’s signature or acceptance of this Agreement is not required to make this Agreement enforceable except to the extent required by law. In consideration of accepting the benefits of this Award, the Grantee agrees to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
