Delivery and Execution of Electronic Documents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company may # deliver by email or other electronic means (including posting on a website maintained by the Company or by a third party under contract with the Company) all documents relating to the Plan or any Award thereunder (including without limitation, prospectuses required by the Commission) and all other documents that the Company is required to deliver to its security holders (including without limitation, annual reports and proxy statements) and # permit Participant’s to electronically execute applicable Plan documents (including, but not limited to, Award Agreements) in a manner prescribed to the Committee.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to this or other Awards under the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents electronically and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may deliver any documents or notices related to this Award by electronic means, including through its third-party stock plan administrator. You hereby consent to receive all applicable documentation by electronic delivery and to participate in the Plan through an on-line (and/or voice activated) system established and maintained by the Company or the Company’s third-party stock plan administrator.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to this or other Awards under the Plan by electronic means. The Grantee hereby consents to receive such documents electronically and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Shares subject to this Award by electronic means. Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery through any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Award and participation in the Plan or future Awards that may be awarded under the Plan by electronic means or to request the Eligible Individual’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. The Eligible Individual hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, if requested, to agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery of Documents. By your signing this Agreement, you # consent to the electronic delivery of this Agreement, all information with respect to the Plan and the Award Shares and any reports of the Company provided generally to the Company’s stockholders; # acknowledge that you may receive from the Company a paper copy of any documents delivered electronically at no cost to you by contacting the Company by telephone or in writing; # further acknowledge that you may revoke your consent to the electronic delivery of documents at any time by notifying the Company of such revoked consent by telephone, postal service or electronic mail; and # further acknowledge that you understand that you are not required to consent to electronic delivery of documents.

Section # Electronic Delivery. The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means. By accepting this Agreement, Participant consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
