Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Restricted Stock Units awarded under the Plan or future Restricted Stock Units that may be awarded under the Plan by electronic means or require Participant to participate in the Plan by electronic means. Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the LTIP Units by electronic means or request the Grantee’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means. In consideration of receiving this Award and accepting the benefits hereof, the Grantee consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and, to the extent determined by the Company, any participation by the Grantee in the Plan shall be through any on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or another third party designated by the Company. The Grantee’s signature or acceptance of this Agreement is not required to make this Agreement enforceable except to the extent required by law. In consideration of accepting the benefits of this Award, the Grantee agrees to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
