Notices. All notices, consents, requests, instructions, approvals or other communications provided for herein shall be in writing and delivered by personal delivery, overnight courier, mail, electronic facsimile or e-mail addressed to the receiving party at the address set forth herein. All such communications shall be effective when received.

Section # Notices and Other Communications; Facsimile Copies. (a) General. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, all notices and other communications provided for hereunder or under any other Loan Document shall be in writing (including by facsimile transmission or electronic mail). All such written notices shall be mailed, faxed or delivered to the applicable address, facsimile number or electronic mail address, and all notices and other communications expressly permitted hereunder to be given by telephone shall be made to the applicable telephone number, as follows:

“Written Instructions”: Written communications received by ​ from an Authorized Representative of ​ or ​, including communications received by facsimile, electronic mail, or other telecommunications device capable of transmitting or creating a written record.

Notices and other communications to [[Organization B:Organization]] hereunder may be delivered or furnished by electronic communication (including e-mail and internet or intranet websites)

dispatch, if receipt is confirmed electronically. Communications sent by certified mail or courier service shall be deemed effectively served three (3) calendar days after deposit. All other general correspondence may be communicated by electronic means (e-mail).

The Administrative Agent agrees that the receipt of the Communications by the Administrative Agent at its e-mail address set forth above shall constitute effective delivery of the Communications to the Administrative Agent for purposes of this Agreement. Each Lender agrees that notice to it (as provided in the next sentence) specifying that the Communications have been posted to the Platform shall constitute effective delivery of the Communications to such Lender for purposes of this Agreement. Each Lender agrees # to notify the Administrative Agent in writing (including by electronic communication) from time to time of such Lender’s e-mail address to which the foregoing notice may be sent by electronic transmission and # that the foregoing notice may be sent to such e-mail address.

Section # Notices. Any notice or other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if personally delivered to it or sent by overnight courier or registered mail or certified mail, postage prepaid, or electronic mail with a follow up copy by overnight courier, addressed as follows:

All notices, requests, demands and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if physically delivered, delivered by express mail or other expedited service or upon receipt if mailed, postage prepaid, via registered mail, return receipt requested, or by electronic mail, addressed as follows:

Communications. All Participant or Beneficiary notices, designations, elections, consents or waivers must be made in a form the Administrator (or, as applicable, the Trustee or Insurer) specifies or otherwise approves. Any person entitled to notice under the Plan may waive the notice or shorten the notice period unless such actions are contrary to applicable law.

Communications. Except to the extent required by Applicable Law as required under Section 11.2, WuXi ATU shall not communicate with any regulatory or government authorities, including but not limited to the FDA, on Graphite’s behalf without Graphite’s prior written authorization.
