Elections by the Borrower for Borrowings. Subject to [Section 2.03(d)], the Loans constituting each Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, shall have the Interest Period specified in such Borrowing Request. Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a Borrowing of a different Type or to continue such Borrowing as a Borrowing of the same Type and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, may elect the Interest Period therefor, all as provided in this Section; provided, however, that # a Borrowing of a Class may only be continued or converted into a Borrowing of the same Class, # a Borrowing denominated in one Currency may not be continued as, or converted to, a Borrowing in a different Currency, # no Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a Foreign Currency may be continued if, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposures (excluding, after the Existing Commitment Termination Date, the Non-Extended Loans) would exceed the aggregate Multicurrency Commitments, and # a Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a Foreign Currency may not be converted to a Borrowing of a different Type. The Borrower may elect different options with respect to different portions of the affected Borrowing, in which case each such portion shall be allocated ratably among the Lenders of the respective Class holding the Loans constituting such Borrowing, and the Loans constituting each such portion shall be considered a separate Borrowing; provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Borrower may specify a different Interest Period for any portion of a Borrowing consisting of Non-Extended Loans (or specify that any portion of a Borrowing consisting on Non-Extended Loans be an ABR Borrowing) to the extent that the Interest Period to be specified by the Borrower for any portion of such Borrowing consisting of Non-Extended Loans would expire after the Existing Commitment Termination Date. This Section shall not apply to Swingline Borrowings, which may not be converted or continued.

SECTION # Interest Elections. (a) Each Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, shall have an initial Interest Period as specified in such Borrowing Request or as otherwise provided in [Section 2.03]. Thereafter, the applicable Borrower may elect to convert any such Borrowing denominated in US Dollars to a different Type or to continue any such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section. The applicable Borrower may elect different options with respect to different portions of the affected Borrowing, in which case each such portion shall be allocated ratably among the Lenders holding the Loans comprising such Borrowing, and the Loans comprising each such portion shall be considered a separate Borrowing. This Section shall not apply to Swingline Loans, which may not be converted or continued. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, no Borrower shall be permitted to change the currency of any Borrowing or to convert any Borrowing to a Type not available under the Class of Commitments pursuant to which such Borrowing was made.

This Section shall not apply to Swingline Borrowings, which may not be converted or continued.
