To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05], Borrower shall notify Lender of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to Lender of a written Interest Election Request in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05],Section, the applicable Borrower shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if such Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery, facsimile or telecopyother electronic transmission to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by the applicable Borrower.

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05]07], the Borrower shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (confirmed by telecopy or electronic communication) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand deliverydelivery, telecopy or telecopyelectronic communication to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05], BorrowerSection, the ​ shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if Borrowerthe ​ were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy or email with PDF attachment to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only)Administrative Agent and signed by Borrower.the ​.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05],Section, the Borrower shall notify Lendergive notice (which notice may be given by telephone, to be confirmed in writing as set forth below) to the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be made (or, in the case of any telephonic Interest Election Request, shall be confirmed promptlypromptly) by hand delivery or telecopy to Lender of a written Interest Election Request in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05],Section, the Borrower shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election by telephonetelephone, facsimile transmission or electronic mail by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery, facsimile transmission or telecopyelectronic mail to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by the Borrower. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, this Section shall not be construed to permit the Borrower to elect an Interest Period for Eurodollar Loans that does not comply with Section 2.02(d).

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05],Section, the Borrower Representative shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election by telephone or through Electronic System, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent, by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if Borrowerthe Borrowers were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery, Electronic System or telecopyfacsimile to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only)Administrative Agent and signed by Borrower.the Borrower Representative.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.05],Section, the Borrower shall notify Lendergive irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone or delivery of an Interest Election Request; provided, that any telephonic notice must be confirmed immediately by delivery to the Administrative Agent of an Interest Election Request by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Revolving Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonicwritten Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to Lender of a written Interest Election Requestspecify the following information in the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only) and signed by Borrower.compliance with [Section 2.02]:

Each such telephonic Interest Election Requestrequest shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery, telecopy or telecopyother electronic transmission to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interestrequest (an “Interest Election RequestRequest”) in substantially the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only)Exhibit C attached hereto and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this [SectionSection 2.05],08, the Borrower shall notify Lenderthe Administrative Agent of such election either in writing (by hand delivery, fax or email) in substantially the form of [Exhibit G] and signed by the Borrower or by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [SectionSection 2.03]03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand deliverydelivery, fax or telecopye-mail to Lenderthe Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of a Borrowing Request (with proper election made for an interest rate election only)[Exhibit G] and signed by the Borrower.
