Term of Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be employed with the Company, upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, for the period set forth in this Agreement. Executive’s continued employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until April 1, 2024 (the “Initial Term”) unless this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 8 below or until terminated in accordance with and pursuant to Section 8 below. The Initial Term and any renewal term as set forth in Section 8 below is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Employment. The continued employment of Employee with the Company under this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until such employment is terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of [Section 10] of this Agreement.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions for earlier termination provided in Section 7 hereof, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until January 3, 2025 (the “Term”).

Term of Employment. The term of this Agreement and Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on and as of the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with its terms, shall end on the date which is the second anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however, that on each anniversary of the Effective Date the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for an additional period of one year (such that the remaining term of this Agreement at the time of such extension will be two years) unless Employer, on the one hand, or Executive, on the other, gives the other Party written notice of its election to not permit the term of this Agreement to be so automatically extended at least 90 days prior to the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date. The term of this Agreement, as extended in accordance with the terms of this Section 3, is referred to herein as the “Term.”

The term of the Employee’s employment by the Company under this Agreement (the “Employment Term”) will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until the Employee’s employment is terminated by either Party under [Section 5]. The date on which the Employee’s employment ends is referred to in this Agreement as the “Termination Date.” For the purpose of [Sections 5 and 6]6] of this Agreement, the Termination Date shall be the date upon which the Employee incurs a “separation from service” as defined in Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and regulations issued thereunder (collectively, “Code [Section 409A]”).

Term of Employment. Unless terminated earlier as provided in Paragraph 3, the Company’s employment of Executive under this Agreement will continue for four (4) years from the Closing Date, provided, however, that the term of employment under this Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods (the first of which will commence on the fourth anniversary of the Closing Date) unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current term of employment under this Agreement, Executive or the Company gives written notice to the other of the notifying party’s intent not to renew the term of employment under this Agreement as of the end of the then current term.

Term of Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the term of Employee’s employment by Company shall commence on February 28, 2022. The parties acknowledge, subject to the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement, that Employee’s employment with the Company Group is on an at-will basis, and either Company Group or Employee may therefore terminate the Employee’s employment, with or without cause, at any time and for any reason upon the terms and conditions specified in Section 3 below.

Term of Employment. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to continue to serve the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth herein for the period commencing on January 1, 2022 and expiring on January 1, 2027 (the “Employment Period”). The Employment Period shall automatically be renewed on January 1, 2027 for a period of an additional three years from such date unless, not later than July 1, 2026, the Company or Executive has given notice to the other party that it or he, as the case may be, does not wish to have the Employment Period extended. Such extension shall be included in the defined term Employment Period. In any case, the Employment Period may be terminated earlier under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Term of Employment. Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2020 (the “Start Date”) and continue until the third annual anniversary of such date, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article III herein (the “Initial Employment Term”). The Employment Term shall be extended automatically for successive one-year periods unless, at least 60 days prior to expiration of the Employment Term, either party gives written notice to the other party that he/it does not wish to renew the Agreement (such one year extension(s) and the Initial Employment Term to be, collectively, the “Employment Term”). Delivery of a notice of non-renewal of the Agreement by either the Executive or the Company will not be considered a resignation or termination under this Agreement.

Term of Employment. Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2021 (the “Start Date”) and continue until the third annual anniversary of such date, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article III herein (the “Initial Employment Term”). The Employment Term shall be extended automatically for successive one-year periods unless, at least 60 days prior to expiration of the Employment Term, either party gives written notice to the other party that it does not wish to renew the Agreement (such one-year extension(s) and the Initial Employment Term to be, collectively, the “Employment Term”).
